I am worthy of being celebrated

“A great friend said to me “you deserve to be celebrated”, while I was in the process of calling off a wedding and ending a relationship.

Life gets hard. Sometimes it feels to hard to keep going, but on those days I try to remember the days of celebration. Memories of pure joy and child- like bliss.

I chose this affirmation because it’s inspiring, and helps to quiet my insecurities. It also encourages me not to “wait for the perfect occasion” to say, do, wear or celebrate something.

My meemaw was my favorite person and the ultimate hostess. New Year’s parties with balloons all over the floor is a sentimental tie in.” - Kassie
