I am Growing

“In 2021, I discovered so much love of self. I have built on this during 2022, and feel I have grown so much in self-confidence, controlling my emotions, setting healthy boundaries, speaking my truth, and being unapologetically myself. It’s been difficult at times, trying to push myself out of my comfort zone, but the growth has been wonderful and I am so proud to have done this for myself. I finally feel like I am beginning to realize my purpose, and live a life where I will truly be happy in all aspects.”

Growth is a constant in life. You are always changing and learning, and growth is a process. This process is not always a happy one, as growth can be ugly and hard at times. It can sometimes be difficult to embrace, but once you do and let growth happen, it can lead you to beautiful places in life.” - Kayla
