I am free to be me

“Coming up with a word was more difficult than I thought it would be. It can be much easier to think about all of the things you aren’t which is what makes affirmations so important. I chose this affirmation because of the value I have for showing up authentically. In a world where we can be so many things I’d rather be myself.

“It’s been a long journey in discovering who I am and what it means to show up authentically. Being free to be me means being okay with crossing the boundaries of what others believe I should be. It means making mistakes and growing from them. It means having peace and living in my joy loudly!”- Chelsea
