Christina & Patrick I Penn’s Peak

This past weekend I had the pleasure of spending two days in the Jim Thorpe area with Christina and Patrick as they prepared to say their vows. I was blown away at their rehearsal when I got a preview of all of the DIY elements made to personalize their day. The bride, groom, family and friends had all worked together to create Pinterest worthy decor.

When Patrick saw Christina for the first time on the wedding day, his jaw literally dropped and he said "Whoah". We braved the chilly weather and walked along the edge of the lake and explored the red covered bridge with the bridal party.

Christina and Patrick said their vows in the same location where they got engaged; on the stage at Penn's Peak. One of my favorite moments of the day was when Patrick surprised his grandmother with a special dance. She actually jumped (off the ground) for joy and you could see how excited she was.
