I am showing up for myself, as I do for others

“I want to be consistent and show up for MYSELF, Expecially on days when I don't want to. I find myself doing alot for other people and then when it comes time to do for myself I don't.

This affirmation is reminder that I am incontrol of my life, and I need to show up for myself.

SHOW UP to my new business,

SHOW UP to the gym,

SHOW UP to those scheduled appointments...
